You’ll be able to find the power cable to the brick on Amazon fairly cheaply. All the cameras come without it.
I’m surprised they don’t offer the basic Smallrig cage for sale for orders placed after the kickstarter campaign. I can only imagine that they are planning a better one for the shop later. Perhaps you could reach out to Smallrig to ask? It’s pretty basic though. I wish the Tilta prototype cage was actually offered for sale.

Thanks for the advice on the power adapter. I was unaware that was standard. I stopped reading the threads after all the delays…, but now that I have it im catching up.
Got super excited seeing the Tilta image pop up and then equally disappointed seeing it was just a prototype. Usually these companies are fighting each other for cage sales with these cameras.

Yeah, I was disappointed as well after reaching out to Tilta directly. Looked like a great cage!
I guess the volumes just didn’t justify things.
I manufacture underwater video lights myself and know of the costs involved. If the volumes aren’t there, the price becomes incredibly expensive as the cost of creating molds and dies are amortised over a much smaller quantity. Hence the need for minimum order quantities.

Agreed. The SmallRig cage is solid and fits pretty much perfectly, which is typical of SmallRig, but I do wish that it included an Arri rosette. Other than that, it’s a pretty nice cage.
