Hi, has anyone else encountered a dead pixel issue like this?
I’ve noticed that different dead pixels appear at different resolutions. I contacted support and sent them the original RAW file, and they replied that this is normal.
I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same issue. Thanks!

did they offer a defect pixel table for static pixel correction?
They just asked to fix in post in DaVinci Resolve at the moment.
Yes, this is rather normal, currently as far as I am aware there is no internal firmware making corrections for dead pixels, Black Shading etc and most camera do this on command or automatically and Pixboom just has higher priorities at the moment, however I do believe this was talked about on a road map list.
They are correct though, for now I would correct for it manually in Davinci. I have seen a few on my sensor as well, but typically they are more stuck rather then dead… They work them selves free from time to time.
