Thanks for your message. That’s a great question regarding the RAW footage.
We are now working to get some RAW files available for you. Our production team is currently tied up with some high-priority tasks, but I’ve already passed your request on to them.
Please expect the RAW files to be uploaded around September 14th. We will also include notes on NLE compatibility at that time.
We appreciate your patience and look forward to your order. Stay tuned!
We expect to begin shipping the first batch of cameras to the EU, including Austria, around late December or early January.
This initial batch will consist of 300 units. Fulfillment will be on a first-come, first-served basis, so placing your order sooner will secure an earlier spot in the shipping queue.
We hope this helps, and we’re excited to get our camera to you!
Understood. Any chance the RAWs will be uploaded by the 9-17 Kickstarter so that people don’t miss out on the early bird offer bid? I don’t think people here would mind either if you postpone the Kickstarter by another week to 9-24 to give you more time to upload the RAW footage for us to evaluate.
Will the footage appear by tomorrow in time for the $100 discount deadline? We’d like to be able to convert the RAWs, try out your recommended workflow and test the files out in our own NLEs.
Our media team is working on preparing the RAW files, but the upload process to our gallery has been delayed due to network limitations. Rest assured, the files will remain completely unaltered (including no basic noise reduction), allowing you to fully explore their post-production potential!
Good eye! The “wave” file is ISO 400 and the “popcorn” is ISO 1250. The other two are somewhere in between, but we don’t have the exact metadata for them right now. Thanks for asking!
