Thanks Nedo — got the email Jing forwarded. I’ll follow up with fuller details by email.
Thank you for your interest! For market/reseller inquiries, please contact our CMO at: jing.qi@pixboom.com
I came across your brand through an Instagram ad. I am an influencer based in Korea.
For a long time, I’ve wanted to run a slow-motion content channel with Reels and Shorts, but the high price of cameras has always been a burden.
However, this product is so attractive that I genuinely want to purchase it.
Unfortunately, my budget is still limited, so I’ll be adding it to my bucket list for now, while continuing to cheer for your company’s success.
Thank you for your support! I have to say, slow motion is a fantastic subject matter—you have great vision! From what I know, there are creators in the US and China who specialize entirely in slow-motion content (like revealing magic trick secrets, capturing lightning and hurricanes, etc.). Their follower counts and view numbers are absolutely massive! For many viewers, this offers a completely fresh viewing experience with that sense of wonder and curiosity!
Hi Young,
that would be nice.
I am in contact with CBM in Munich, I talked to Vojtech and we are planning to meet up in Berlin to talk about technical challenges broadcast comes with. If you or your team visits Berlin, it would be nice to meet and talk and put hands on to get practicall experience.
Cool! We’ll be heading to Berlin after IBC, but the specific schedule hasn’t been confirmed yet. Let’s keep in touch!
Of course, let’s keep in touch :)
I already texted to that email two days ago but without any reply ![]()
I believe our colleague has already replied to you. If you still haven’t received anything or have any other questions, please feel free to contact me again.
Hi Young
No yet, no reply even in spam, here is my email jmassa@picslabstore.cl if you could help me with that will be great.
Thanks for your support
I feel a wired trigger would be better as some remote triggers are a little unreliable and more time needed to program the software. I’m also curious about pre-record - I haven’r read anything about this. I film wildlife and waiting for a bird to leave a nest/dragonfly to land on something etc would be near impossible to get without pre-record. So for this is a crucial element. Also, while I’m on a role, are there any plans to build additional lens adaptors? EF/RF/Z? Or is this tricky with the gap between the lens and the sensor?
Cool—yes, we will offer an additional wired control accessory, so you can trigger it reliably without worrying about wireless latency or pairing issues.
Spark does support a pre‑record function, so you can relax about capturing unpredictable wildlife moments. You’ll be able to roll back those few seconds before the trigger.
EF is no problem: its flange distance is much longer than ours, so adapting EF lenses is straightforward with the proper adapter.
As for RF / Z (and some other newer mounts), there are licensing / proprietary restrictions, so we’re not able to provide official support for those mounts right now.
Hello, I was wondering if the remote control protocol (whether wired or wireless) is open for third-party development?
We will consider opening some APIs to third-party accessory developers!
Hi @young I have emailed Pixboom several times requesting a pinout for the 9pin connector and have heard nothing back each of the times. We have an NDA with Pixboom. I hope communication going forward is there since we are also a customer for the camera. Please advise

Hi Young, Can we please see some RAW footage from real camera files that we can convert using your software to try out in our NLEs? Thought these files were due to be released yesterday. Thanks
Apologies for the delayed response – we’ve been at IBC, which just concluded! I’m actually sitting at the dismantled booth right now, haha! I believe some of our colleagues have already provided you with certain 3D files. We’ll make sure to send over the pinout for the 9-pin connector as soon as possible!
Of course, our media team is preparing the RAW files, but uploading them to our gallery has been slow due to network issues. Rest assured, we won’t apply any modifications to the files (including basic noise reduction), so you can fully experience their post-production flexibility!
Dear young, where we can download the RAW footage? hope you must share RAWs on the Slow-mo archive for easy finding.
