To clarify — B&H didn’t jump the queue. Our US distributor placed their order during the Kickstarter campaign itself, just through a separate wholesale channel. B&H, as a retailer, receives their allocation from that distributor. These are two entirely separate pipelines that have been running in parallel from the very beginning.
We know it doesn’t make the wait any easier, and we genuinely appreciate your patience. Our next update will be ready by this Thursday — we’ll have more to share then.

Last week I reached out via email about seeing BnH having Sparks available for purchase.I never responded to the email because I was pretty livid.
It should have been brought to backers attention about the second channel of sales. If it was brought up I never saw it.If I had known that I could buy one from BnH before I got my Kick Starter reward I would have waited.I could be filming now.
There is more, I could say, but I feel it would fall deaf ears.
On a side note, new users should not have to opt in to product and brand updates, community highlights etc to create an account. That seems shady.
I sent my last message 20 days ago and still got absolutely no reply. Honestly, this is getting ridiculous.
It’s beentwo months now, not one, since you said the Saudi certification would take around a month. That timeframe has already passed, and I’m still waiting with no shipping update, no tracking, and no clear explanation.
If there’s still an issue with Saudi Arabia, just tell us what the issue is. If the certification is done, then tell me when you’re actually shipping it.
Ignoring messages for weeks is not acceptable, especially after waiting this long. Please give me an actual update this time, not another generic “we’re working on it” response.
Two months waiting for a certification that was supposed to take one month. What’s the actual status?
We understand the challenges of being a startup and getting these cameras out. Better communication would solve all of these customer concerns. Even if it’s a “we are running into some issues”. That would help.
