Hi guys! spark is finally here and first tests look epic - the clips are fine on the sdd via camera playback but the SSD won’t mount on my M1 mac/ anyone else had this issue? I don’t see a driver I need to install anywhere. the drive comes up but the partition won’t mount

still no joy on this and a massive shoot tomorrow morning! please can someone from pixboom reach out asap - this is a shoot we will all want the pixboom to be on.
if i format exfat with my mac I can see the footage on it afterwards but I get an error warning me speed may not be correct and run and cut are really laggy. helppppp

Thanks so much, I will give this a try. I have found that I can read the SSD on a PC so I can at least use it on the shoot. thanks again.
still no joy, won’t mount even after format on pc as per info in link. at least I can get at the data on the ssd with a PC

If you’re on one of our earliest units and having trouble getting the SSD recognized on Mac, we’d suggest reaching out to our support team at service@pixboom.com — our engineers will get you sorted with a firmware update and any technical assistance you need.

Same issue here, it seems to be very random for me. Sometimes it works first try and sometimes it takes a few tries.
A week ago I had a shooting where I no joke tried for 40min to get the ssd to work in my mac. I used the original cable, restarted my mac multiple times and then finally it worked. Luckily there was a delay on set so I had the time.
But for now the ssd recognition seems very random to me.
