TÜV Rheinland Passed, Shipping Schedule Confirmed, and NAB 2026

Clear and consistent communication is the backbone of great customer relations. However, after getting to know them at NAB they really are a great team, they just have a lot going on right now with the launch and are working as hard and fast as possible it seems with what little people they have to do all this work with.

Once all the little fires of the early cameras are out the door I am sure they will settle into a nice routine of communication.

While it’s challenging for us to wait, I’m happy to see they are not RUSHING cameras out the door for the sake of our urgency. A company that chooses quality overspeed win’s my business everyday!

No mail. Backer #14

In that email you received did they mention when your camera will be shipped or they only confirmed your address and accessories?

I fully agree regarding their efforts for quality, but they are the ones that set the expectations of at least SOME news when they told NAB attendees that they would start shipping on May 1 and that they would provide an update for those who weren’t able to attend NAB upon their return home.

While I understand that they’re probably quite busy, they set the expectations that we’d be getting some news by now. They should have been less optimistic about shipping starting on May 1 or told us is what is happening when they got back, even if they didn’t have details or time enough to include photos. Nearly everyone would be ok with that. I know I would.

Just order confirmation info… no other details as of yet.

Exactly, one clear short update post even if the news are not good would save them probably from a looooot of emails in their inbox.
And constantly promising and underdelivering might cause stress for the team as well…

@Pixboom team - just be short and honest - people will appreciate that more than silence and hopes.
Building products is hard lots of challenges to overcome - good luck with that! We’re all cheering for your success!

And personally I really need clarity since I’m holding on buying flight tickets that I need to align so many things around it puts me in strange situation… but yea patience these days…

I have to agree with you… I have flights booked from Australia to Malaysia and Indonesia for a shoot, and from there to the US for 2 expos. I will be away for almost a month and a half.

It would be nice to know where things stand at the moment so I can make plans regarding the shoots and also possibly a change of delivery address (which needs to be planned as well).

I’m ok to wait and plan around it if delayed, but a bit of clarity and a delivery schedule would be helpful.
