One of the first things I bought for my Komodo was a vinyl wrap skin (though not before a grip put a big scratch in the body while rigging it on its first job). So I wanted to get something on my Spark before taking it out on jobs. I did a lot of drawing, measuring, designing in Photoshop, and thankfully not too much wasted vinyl cutting. It’s not quite perfect (and I haven’t figured out how to tackle the rounded corners on the back), but it’s good enough. Here’s my blue Spark.
I used some automotive vinyl (3M 2080) I had sitting around from other projects. This is the most difficult thing I’ve made a wrap for, as I usually just skin very basic things without a lot of cut outs, seams, or odd shapes. I probably spent 15+ hours on it.
I’ve had my wrap on my Komodo for about 6 years now and it’s held up great, so hopefully this one lasts as well and keeps my camera looking as mint as possible underneath.
I’ll get them uploaded sometime later next week. I have a couple little tweaks to make (mostly rounding off corners so they’re less likely to catch) and am on shoots the next few days, so won’t get around to refining those files until these jobs are finished.

The files will need to be turned into vector graphics in your preferred program. I dropped them into Cricut Design Space (which unfortunately doesn’t let people share projects that use designs created outside their program, so I can’t share my project file). The files have the sizing in the file name, measured in millimeters. So “Spark Front 147 wide” will need to be scaled to 147mm wide, while “Spark door 52_5 wide” would be scaled to 52.5mm wide on your vinyl cutting program.
I may make some refinements down the road (minor sizing changes, like only fractions of a millimeter), but I think this works pretty well. I did mis-space the top two screw head access holes on the “front 147 wide” file on the vinyl I cut for my camera, but I think I fixed the spacing in the uploaded file, though didn’t test cut again since the slightly off version was good enough to not waste another chunk of vinyl recutting it (they’re the screws holding the body together, so don’t really need to be accessible anyway unless it’s getting serviced and get hidden by the SmallRig cage anyway). So if anybody does make it, let me know how those top holes line up.
Sorry I can’t provide any pre-sized vector files. I didn’t realize Cricut was so closed when it comes to sharing project files and I’m not a professional at making vinyl cuttings and have zero experience in designing straight to vector graphics.
Side note: you can get automotive vinyl from all sorts of places. I’ve only ordered a few rolls on one occasion, but I got it from https://www.rvinyl.com/ and was happy with the pricing and selection. I’d suggest automotive vinyl over craft vinyl since it is a little stretchier, a little thicker (offering better protection), and you can lay it down gently and peel it up easily to reposition it before pressing it down for the final positioning (and it’s designed to let air bubbles out easier than craft vinyl). Removing it down the road is also easier.

After some testing, it looks like the forum software is reformatting the link and breaking it. I changed it by breaking the link up into chunks (so the forum software isn’t auto-generating a link from the whole string) and you should be able to copy the text and paste it into the browser bar and it’ll work. I tested it in an incognito window and it functions for me now.
First off thanks for making these files available for all of us! Time effort and dedication is appreciated. Got my Spark in earlier today and was super excited to print out a skin.
If you ever figure out how to do the rear portion, keep us posted. You did a phenomenal job on this version, fitment was great.
