Asking if anyone has found a way around this ridiculous glitch of every single file is written as A001 C001 or maybe is there a post workflow to rename all those DNG’s so my DIT doesn’t scream at me tomorrow lolol…

I developed a simple macOS app for renaming, feel free to send me a message and then I ll give it to u if u need it. I think they will fix it sooner or later.

id like to know if this is going to be fixed in camera soon - seems pretty important and probably one of the more simpler fixes. Nothing more fundmental than making sure OCN is catalogued as it should be - would also be handy if there was some sort of counter of card clips and storage left on OSD. But filenames please can we get that fixed asap ?

Yea, I was on set yesterday with the marketing crew of a well known multi-billion dollar corporation shooting with the pixboom and you should have seen the DIT’s face when I told him the 150 or so shots of content we filmed with the Spark all is labeled A001 C001 …
Hoping the incredible content we shot makes up for the face that is a huge bug in the camera lol, looking forward to sharing more when the content goes live :-)

ya i think this is one of the most important fix for now. especially for those renting their camera out.
