Changing Payment?

Hi! Super excited about the launch in just a few months. I was wondering if I could get a refund on the card I used for the payment, and pay with a different card instead. Please let me know who to contact about this. Thanks!

Regarding your request to refund and switch cards:

Unfortunately, we are unable to process a direct refund for this purpose. Since the campaign has ended, Kickstarter and the payment processors have already deducted their transaction and platform fees (which total over 15% of the pledge amount).

If we were to issue a refund now, those fees would not be returned. This means that if you wanted to pay again with a new card, you would effectively be losing that 15% in the process. To avoid this unnecessary loss for you, we strongly recommend keeping the current payment as is.

I hope you understand—we just want to make sure you don’t end up paying extra for the same reward!
