CineD stopped by the Pixboom booth at NAB and their article and YouTube video are now up. They talk a little about shipping timelines, 12-bit mode, and ProRes RAW.

Thanks for sharing Mr. Wright! Good to see more coverage on the Spark. Makes me even more bummed I missed the $7500 price point. : ( Oh well.

He mentioned that rental houses will start receiving sparks by mid june/early July. I’m assuming this means that all Kickstarter orders will be fulfilled before then. Would love to get clarification on this from the Pixboom team.

@admin, can you clarify, please? Will Kickstarter backers all get their Sparks before rental houses? In the video, Aerial mentions that Sparks will “start arriving in rental houses” by “mid June, early July.” I’m assuming you would make sure all of your backers got theirs before this.
