I am curious if we will be able to shoot in standard frame rates on the Spark. Someone previously mentioned that some productions might prefer to just rent out a single camera for their production, which could increase the amount of people interested in cameras from Pixboom.
Would we be able to shoot in standard frame rates on the Spark? Capturing audio would be a cool feature to add via externally connected devices, but if I can just shoot in the full range of 1fps to 2182fps depending on the conditions I’m changing on the camera, I would be very happy.
No problem, you can shoot at standard frame rates. Currently, Spark is designed with a minimum frame rate of 16fps. Would this minimum frame rate be sufficient for your needs?
Awesome! This would definitely be sufficient for my own uses. It would be a cool feature to be able to go down to 1fps, but there is no real reason I would need this other than being able to flex that my camera goes from 1fps to 2182fps.

Unfortunately, the Spark doesn’t have audio-related functionality. You can use additional accessories for audio capture. We’ll consider developing relevant expansion accessories for this.
