Hello all! I received a confirmation of my down deposit and was billed, but today received a notice that it wasn’t completed. Has anyone else experienced this. I messaged the pixboom team several hours ago and haven’t received a response yet! Should I resubmit a down payment? To be clear, my account was debited 100 dollars and I received confirmation already.
