I received the camera a couple weeks ago and am having a couple issues.
The first, is that when the camera is rotated around, a loose part, that sounds like a small screw bouncing around inside the camera’s housing can be heard.
The other, is with getting Sony lenses to focus or mount properly as they seem to come off abruptly when unmounted from the camera’s e-mount and it was impossible to get focus with two different lenses tried at a local store.
I tried submitting this though your web site’s Contact Us form but didn’t get a reply, what is the bet way of reaching PixBoom support?
