I noticed that the righthand side of the camera has some sort of POGO pins. Has it been detailed what exactly these are capable of doing? If I had to guess, at a minimum, they would allow start/stop control from a side handle.
On a semi-related note regarding the SmallRig cage that is a stretch goal: has it been designed to either provide passthrough of the pins or at least not block them so we can use both the cage side and an electronic accessory at the same time?
Haha, you guessed it right! They are designed to provide control interfaces for external accessories, such as start/stop and other parameter settings. When the $2M crowdfunding goal is reached, the SmallRig kit will be designed to leave appropriate space for these pins.
