Yeah, the fees could have been brutal… But truthfully, I haven’t been hit with fees often for packages from China, it’s usually the ones from the US that have the worst ones nowadays.

Hahahah not really, just filming a recap of the premiere of the show, filming three nights in a row to get as many clips as possible to make a 1 minute video. So only a couple spark shots will be in the final cut.
Maybe on a future shoot then! What part of Canada are you in, btw? I’m in the Vancouver area.

I’m Baker #98, and I received an email confirmation from Pixboom support today. According to the information they provided, my order is scheduled to ship next week.
They explained that both the PL and EF adapters had experienced the previously reported issues and that they were waiting for a new stock replenishment. My camera is expected to be included in this new batch.
Based on this, I believe we should all start receiving shipping notifications and tracking information very soon, provided there are no further setbacks.
Let’s hope everything stays on track and that shipments finally start moving out next week.

So tired of refreshing my junk mail and i box to see if that email finally came through! Really happy for you though. Hope to get that confirmation in the next few days as I’m supposed to be in the first batch. I’m aware of the delay for us Canadians but patiently waiting for this email!

It’s extremely common mate. Theres ARRIs and REDs with stitched sensors. If it were avoidable - you know ARRI would
it’s necessary due to the limitations of the machines that make sensors.

The ARRI 65 is double stitched man, it’s 3 vertically oriented sensors with two seams.
stitching isn’t bad, it can be calibrated EXTREMELY well so there’s no perceived exposure or colour shift.
