HI, i have troubel mountin my SSD on Mac (running Tahoe 26.5.1.)
When i connect the SSD to my Mac using the provided Cable by Pixboom i get only the choice to either Ignore, Eject or Initialise the Drive.
If i unplug it and replug it out of 10 times, one time it might work to connect, but this is not really satisfying.
Which format is the drive formatted to ? I would love to refomat it in the mac, but right now i am not confident enough to do so.
Any other suggestions or workarrounds ?
BTW: The clips play fine on the camera and right now i work arround by recording the clips via playback to a Atomos Ninja 5 which i use as onboard monitor.
Thanks
Manuel
Hmm, i also just encountered, that i cant erase the magazine ![]()
Guess i´ll getr in touch with support.

SSD issues on MAC seems to be common:

Thanks, i saw this thread, but it was solved with updating to Mac OS Tahoma it seems.
I´m allready on Tahoma and the issue persistst.
I got it to work now after i did a repair with Disk Utility, but as soon as i disconnect the SSD and reconnect it, the behavior persists.

This is concerning. Is it still happening?
Hi Manuel, did you manage to get the SSD issue resolved?
If not, please send the details to our support team at support@pixboom.com so we can help check what’s going on.
