Hey everyone, Hey Pixboom Team,

I‘m currently looking into buying a Pixboom via Kickstarter. As I am living in Austria, if I would buy a camera with a value of 8000€, I would need to put VAT/UID number on the final invoice to mak it a legit business expense.

As for Kickstarter themselves, they don‘t provide this option anywhere on their site and asking their support, they stated that invoices are being rolled out by the seller.

So is this something that we can do after backing the project? Otherwise I cannot buy this camera through Kickstarter, and probably at all looking at the final asking price.

Thank you for your question, and we’re happy to clarify the process.

We can certainly provide you with an invoice. This will be possible right after these steps are completed in order:

  1. The Kickstarter campaign finishes successfully.
  2. Your pledge is collected, which means your credit card is successfully charged.

Once those two conditions are met, we will be able to issue a formal invoice for you based on your backer information.
