I would really like some personal news on when my unit will ship. Order 4852. Its great to get all the update emails about teh company but I dont get a peep about how my order is progressing, can someone reach out to me?

I have to sympathize with Gus and also wonder. As the first to buy the camera — constant communication via email to each and every buyer of this new system I do think is crucial. I don’t think there is enough updates in progress to each of our emails esp since we are the first 500 of these cameras that are being made. These are our main tools towards the art and business we make and there should be more information to each of us.

Hi Gus,
Fellow eager DP here waiting to get his hands on the Spark. Most of us have been able to forecast when we might get our sparks by the Backer # you were assigned by kickstarter as they will be shipped in that order.
Pixboom has also stated this first wave of cameras leaving the factory will be soon… You know you’re getting close to shipping when Pixboom reaches out to you directly via email and asks for confirmation of your order and shipment details.
Pixboom has stated they are still building cameras as we speak at a run rate of between 10-15 cameras a day. Assuming no failures they would be clearing all orders from kickstarter some time by July-Aug… With the earliest orders shipping sometime mid May.
The key takeaway is knowing your backer # and also waiting on that confirmation email they will send out.
