I know how difficult it is to launch a product having done that myself for my Subnox range of underwater video lights (www.subnoxdive.com). So I’m appreciative of the fact that they did try their best to accommodate me and match my early backer number.
I’ll admit there is some disappointment, but it’s not directed at them. Pixboom have done a phenomenal job so far bringing this to market with only minimal delays for such a technically complicated product. I may fly over to Hong Kong to self collect after my US trip to the Scuba Show Expos in Long Beach and Atlantic City instead…
Very cool. Some years ago we moved in the same circles and I know many UW photographers/videographers and many in the dive industry. I used to work for a leading liveaboard company, so have known of you and your work for many years.

I got my confirmation last Friday (4am), I replied same day (10am), and got a message on Monday (3am) that they received my confirmation. No shipping notice yet, however, so even after confirmation people may not get theirs shipped right away. Backer 13.
