Good day, received the email, I found a small error to correct in the address, answered the email, asked for confirmation, no answer yet, writing you just to double check that emails have been received and noted, would like to avoid any delays for mismatching emails.

They verify emails and addresses, I had a nice few emails back and forth with pixboom as my camera was shipping. Your experience may vary however it was a few days from email confirmation to tracking confirmation.

So I went from “you’re in the first batch” to “You might not be in the first batch” to “yes you are in the first batch” to “early july”….
“First batch” refers to the first 300 units we’re shipping. Your order is within that batch, which means you’re still among as early backers to receive your Spark.

I’m trying my best to remain polite and positive but the spark blues is hitting hard these days since I’ve been seeing people getting their hands on the camera. Just getting very jealous here that’s all! Keep up the good work Pixboom team!

I did got a nice reply from today, so things seems to be slowly moving.

Also, I don’t have my new us passport in hand yet.
My Spark is en-route to Canada 
and I am backer #26. I’ll update fellow Canadians with time it took to arrive (from email notification with tracking number to delivery) and if I had any issue with additional import fees. Thanks you PIXBOOM
