6 Months since original January planned shipping.
So far only 100? Cameras been shipped? Maybe?
Many months ago you said production is 10-15 cameras / day.
Every week or two we get a new promise that is delayed by a week or two…
Lots of marketing events, lots of IG posts… While early backers keep waiting…
It’s impossible to not get frustrated.
With 3m USD raised you could at least hire more personal to respond to emails and keep everyone more up to date.

May 6th we could see about 54 cameras… and promise of 300 shipped by the end of June… well it’s end of June - I’m #109 and still no shipping notification.
I have no idea how people who are way down the list are feeling…

Your unit has shipped. Tracking updates are delayed over the weekend — you’ll see movement on next week.
I am #168 - right behind you, and yes, still waiting… I pinged them and received this back on June 8th:
For Backer #168, your unit is included in an upcoming shipping batch. The retail packaging is expected to be ready by mid-June, and shipping will continue once that is completed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your unit is ready to ship.
So it is either BS, or a lot more units are failing final QC than predicted, because I think they announced the arrival of the retail packaging some time ago.
I feel the same way, I’m thinking that several units are not passing the QC stage. I was expecting from the admin an update this week but I guess they don’t have any good news to share.

Can confirm that I just today received an email from your team with tracking Nr.
Pixboom announced that the new packaging design was complete, not that they had the new packaging in hand.
The admins are dropping the ball on updates though.

Is there any hope for backers who placed an order in early December of last year (Order #5084) to receive their cameras in Q3 of this year?
Most of these comments are from the earliest backers expecting to get their cameras soon, but I’d love to get some perspective for slightly later backers. Thank you!
Can someone from the pixboom team contact us and give us news about the delivery. I’m a 252 supporter, when will the camera be delivered to me?
I’m going to have to be honest - feeling pretty disappointed. Backer 367 here. The original timeline was Jan 2026, it was implied that all cameras would be shipped then. I didn’t mind the 1 or 2 month delays, but having to wait 8 - 9 months is something else. I hope the production ramps up to be delivered at least September this year…
I’ll try to have an update for you all by tomorrow.

Our goal is to ship all backers and pre-order units by September. We’ll do our best to post updates every few weeks to keep everyone in the loop.
